Our history

AGSPLAST S.r.l. was founded 30 years ago as an adhesive application company for an important local entity. The ingenuity and skills of the founder materialized in the invention of a machine for applying adhesive to cable supports with double-sided tape which revolutionized the industry. The machine automated a process that, until then, could only be performed manually, impacting the quality of the final service by optimizing costs, speeding up delivery times, and lowering the price of the finished product. Today, the company produces adhesive bases for cable ties, adhesive cable clips, and supports for cables and ties.

Since 2006, we have also moulded plastic and rubber articles. The moulding department has a wide range of machines suitable for both moulding and micro-molding. Additionally, close collaboration with a company specialized in mould design and production allows us to create customized articles tailored to clients’ specific requests.

In addition to certifications obtained over time, the quality of the products is guaranteed by using high-quality raw materials that are heat and wear-resistant over time and comply with current regulations. The entire production process occurs internally, ensuring a Made in Italy product is delivered.

WE PRODUCE STANDARD AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Adhesive bases and supports for cables, moulding of plastic and rubber articles.

The company has evolved, expanding its offering and team and innovating machinery and working methods, but one element has remained unchanged since its founding: flexibility.

Our primary goal has always been to meet all our clients’ requests, which is why we manage large and small production volumes. In addition to our line of adhesive bases, adhesive cable clips, and supports for cables and ties, we also create custom solutions designed for each client’s specific needs.

How we work

Mounts, clips and screw mounts are made here: we mould, apply the adhesive, pack and label in the same plant in Albignasego. It is not an organisational quirk, it is the reason why on an adhesive product we can answer you about the tape and not only about the plastic.

Stage What we do
Component design We design the part ourselves, starting from the problem it has to solve. The mould can be one of ours, the customer’s, or designed and built specifically for the project.
Injection moulding Ten presses from micro moulding up to 140 tonnes, on polyamides, ABS, engineering polymers and thermoplastic elastomers.
Adhesive application Double-sided tape applied on dedicated machines. We handle different tapes and we know which one holds on which surface.
Packing and labelling Loose, in counted bags or in boxes, with the customer’s own coding and also in private label.

Quality

Certified quality system ISO 9001:2015, dimensional checks during production and batch traceability: every moulded batch can be traced back to the granule batch it came from. REACH and RoHS compliance declared, IMDS on request.

If you need a part that is not in the catalogue, the way is custom projects. If you already have your own part and are looking for someone to mould it, it is injection moulding for third parties.
